Haliburton County Snowmobile Poker Run Hosted by Sandy Lane Resort March 13, 2010 Information and Rules Accommodation Package Prizes Places to get your “Sandy Lane Poker Chips” Call Sandy Lane for more details if needed!  (705) 489-2020 or 1-800-461-1422 holiday@sandylaneresort.com HAPPY SLEDDING!   Poker Run Information and Rules Welcome to the Haliburton County Snowmobile Poker Run The poker run will start at 9:00 a.m. and goes to 4:00 p.m. Participants must go to Sandy Lane Resort on Halls Lake before 5:00 p.m. to enter their poker hand for the chance at winning (5:00 p.m. is when the last cards will be dealt) Participant will start at any of the listed business establishments and travel from business to business  throughout the day to collect "Haliburton County Poker Chips". There are 12 locations around Haliburton County that will have the "Haliburton County Poker Chips". Each participant may obtain as many "Haliburton County Poker Chips" as they wish per stop BUT ONLY ONE CHIP COUNTS PER STOP PER HAND. A participant can play as many hands as they wish. Each hand cost $35.00. Each "Haliburton County Poker Chip" will be redeemed at Sandy Lane Resort before 5pm for cards. From the cards, each participant will choose their 5 best cards to enter in as their poker hand. After each participant chooses their cards and their hand is photo copied, then  the cards go back into the deck to allow everyone the same chance. After all the hands are entered the winners will be awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes, based on the highest poker hands. Entry fee is to be paid before "Haliburton County Poker Chips" are redeemed for cards. Rain or Shine - Hot or Cold - If needed, any mode of transportation will do! Participants: All participants must be 18+. Must have own trail permit and abide by all trail and MTO regulations.
