Reservations and Deposit

To avoid disappointment we suggest you reserve in advance to ensure the style of cottage and time period required. Phone our toll free number 1-800-461-1422 and have a cottage held while your deposit is being mailed. We accept MasterCard, Visa for deposits as well as Debit Card for final payment. All accommodation prices sudject to A.S.T (5%) & G.S.T (6%). A deposit of 25% of the total rent is required with each reservation. Minimum $150.00 deposit for weekends. A receipt will be mailed along with directions to Sandy Lane. Rates and conditions subject to change without notice.

WINTER CANCELLATION POLICY

A reservation is a firm contract. No adjustments for late arrival or early departure. Gift Certificate will be issued for cancelled reservations deposit - no monetary refunds. Gift Certificate is transferrable and honoured any time for eighteen months from date of cancellation.
